Blog Post SEO Question ??

Hi guys, my question is:

I'm trying to get small blogs to rank well, I am putting around 3 posts on each homepage with one post the "keyword" post to rank well. I am pinging my site after the first post, then the second after a day or two, then the last a couple days later..

My question is** which order do my posts need to go in for the blog to rank the best?? If I post the SEO "keyword rich" post first then google see's it fastest but then pops up last for the reader to actually read when they are brought to the home page??...

any help would be greatly appreciated guys! thanks

Try using the sticky function. Sticky the "keyword rich" post so that it's the first post that the reader will read.

Agreed, then back fill the post with your keyword stuffed pages based on the long tail for your primary keyword.
