Thought I'd share another article I ran across. Seems like it fits in well here.

Fiverr works, we use Odesk for various tasks like scraping or a virtual assistant. It's dirt cheap
 
I second Odesk. You can actually try it out for free by searching for flippa deals on Google. You can get $100 free for Odesk after you hire someone for a few hours, which was pretty cool. The problem though is finding quality help.

We actually make all our Odesk people go thru a test run. We have them email people so a test run is mandatory. There are still some English barriers, but using a test run we know what we are getting ourselves into, and have snagged some really good quality people.
 
Nothing really new there but still not a bad read. I'd like to do more HARO stuff myself but I can imagine it will be difficult for the niches I'm currently working in
 
It would be helpful if you summarized their main points, anyway bookmarked it to read later.

Testimonials is a huge untapped market because most companies only put a small handful on their website. These sites get MAJOR link juice. Looking into this one more.
