    Why did you got banned?

Well maybe because you are spamming, or better yet, using massive blog commenting as a strategy for link building?

Tip: To start over, think of blog comments as a low tier of links you can get easily and in quantity, and start using these to link to more valuable types of links(high pr[edu/gov/normal] forum profiles and blog properties who have a link to you and then to another property randomly).

Point your comments to these, using different proxies, a vps maybe, and then you make sure you can get as many links as you want, as youre using a lot of diff properties, diff IP adresses, your/vps IP is diluted within proxies... And then you get as many comments as you wish.

    Got the picture?

you can use blog engine or movable type

better yet, search "footprint" in the forum, and you will find a lot of footprint to acquire links
