so I make it a point to ping my blog every time there is an update using free services that I google'd. I wanted to know what free service BHW suggests since I have used probably 5 or 6 different ones and they all seem to ping different places.

most recently I used pingler . com

bulkping.com, they have their own private proxies to use for pinging. Best free solution

If your blog is on wordpress all posts can be pinged automatically. By default it pings through pingomatic, but you can add other services. I am on the mobile currently but if I recall well you can set this from wordpress dashboard>>settings>>writing.

Simple use pinging site to ping all your blogs but one thing i would like to say is ping those urls which are live not in administrator moderation.

Will it cause any problem if I ping those blog posts which is on administrator moderation?
