I could really use some advice, total noob. So, I went and bought some domains (24) that all have to do with a subject that more and more people will be searching soon. My goal is to moneytize some and use others to generate leads/customers to sell to companies that are about to be in high demand. I'm in the industry in question and know what is coming. Then, I will sell some of the other domains. I have gotten offers via email already.

So, should I go to HostGator, pick a hosting plan and create a Wordpress blog for the top few domains, or should I just create some blogs?? If blogs, can I easily switch some of the blogs over to lead generating websites in six months without screwing up page rank and adsense??

Any and all advice is very much appreciated, and will be thanked, at least...

Why do you buy 24 domains at once? I won't do it if I were you. There are always great domains to register, developing and growing them are the real challenge.

Anyway, it's done. Nowadays there really is not much difference between a blog and a site. A blog, indeed, is a website. WordPress, the engine behind most blogs, can do anything you want to build any type of sites you want, including lead gen sites. It saves you a lot of development time.

Just the plugins and themes alone could save months if you try to develop the same functionality with traditional website.

So if you take the time to learn how to use it, I guess you can't go wrong with it.

Yes, you should be fine. Definitely have something up, it would drive your price higher once it comes time to sell
