Blog network question

I am doing tiered linking to my money site. I've made a few Tier1 blogs on platforms like blogger, wordpress.com etc... Now, the question I have is how many times can I use these T1 blogs for linking to the same money site? My money site has 100's of articles that target different keywords in the same broad niche. Can I post new blog posts on existing T1 and link to money site or do I have to build new T1 blogs for different keywords? I am thinking that a T1 blog that continuously links to different pages on just one website would be suspicious, even though it is a quality blog with unique content written by me.

I do things like mix in a few links to other authority websites, make post that have no links whatsoever from time to time, but I am still wondering if these links carry any weight if there is a lot of them? How do you guys do this?

Yes, of course it does not look natural if you build a blog and only send links to your money site. How to get around that? 1. Build links to other sites too (authorities in your niche), and 2. Build lots of different T1 blogs.
