Blog network, best way with current sites???

I know it may be difficult to explain, but what would be the best way to set the following up?

4 pr0 sites, most 3+years old
3 pr0 sites all 3+years old, all had pr3's until I took the network down a few months ago and they lost their page rank.
1 pr4 site
1 money site

At the moment I have all the pr0's pointing to each other, and the pr4 and money site. The pr4 site I do not know if it is better to point to all the pr0s and money site, or just the pr0's that were previously ranked and the money site, or just the money site. Obviously the money site is not pointing to any.......

- If you checked PR4 site properly then you could pointing to money site as a Tier1

Does that mean only have it pointing to the money site and nothing else?

Other than money site, use your blogs to point your money site as TIER 1 link building and do some TIER 2 link building using web 2.0 sites.

Not sure why you went with PR0...also, I would stay away from connecting sites to each other. The point is not to have footprints.
Point all sites to your money site and no site to each other.
