I've been writing for one of the bigger blogs in my niche for about three years now.
They let me include affiliate links in my posts quite often, as long as they are relevant to the topic.
The one snag I run into is that they have a plugin that purposely reroutes any Amazon links to their affiliate account.
I am wondering if there is a way to circumvent this.
One link I posted ended up routing to my account (somehow). I may have copied and pasted it from a banner creative on Amazon as opposed to the shortened links I usually hyper link to, but I can't tell where it came from. All I know is that the conversions are routed to my account.
Does anybody know if there is a way I can customize my links such that they do not get caught by their Wordpress plugin and redirect to their account instead?
