Blog for ranking shop: Different Host / IP required?

Hello,

I am currently creating a good quality blog / informations site to rank my online store at google.
Is it advisible, that I purchase a new hosting, so the Links are pointing from another IP to my online shop?
Or are there no SEO issues, if I put the blog on the same hosting like my online shop is?

Better buy hosting from different company and use whois privacy or different whois info on your blog

If you plan to backlink your shop from those blog(s), host the blogs on different hosting account/IP.

Better to buy a new hosting for the blogs from where you're getting backlinks.

If its just one blog, then you would better make it part of your online store.
