I'm sure this question has been asked a million times but I just can't figure out where to start. I have a facebook fan page that I am starting to monetize. I just purchased a domain to go with the page, and I can't decide if I should just create a website to go with the fan page, or start a blog with blogspot or someone else and link to two together, or keep them separate. I really am not super tech savvy and am self taught on everything. Any comments would be appreciated.

Blogspot is super easy if you are not tech saavy, but if you have help then I would go with creating your own website. I have a blogger blog and love it because I am not tech saavy either. Blogger makes it easy! But, you don't have a lot of options with them like you would if you create your own.

Keep your website the same as your blog. Get hosting and install a wordpress script. Then create your site/blog.

Get hosting, then add wordpress to it and start the blog on wordpress...
If you want to go the completely free route you can always use blogspot. It is up to you.
You can message me if you have any specific questions.

Thank you all that replied. I am thinking wordpress is the way to go. I will just try to figure out how to build a simple site there and add the blog to it. I just bought a wordpress book, so I will see how I do....lol

Go with Wordpress, but what is the niche you are working on? It is good to hear that your fan page has more readers.

You don't need books. YouTube tutorials are the way to go. Just use the Divi theme. Probably the easiest I've ever used.
