Blog directory for actual blogs?

Hey guys,

I am looking for a wordpress (preferably) theme, which gives visitors a opportunity to register their blog rss feed on my homepage, much like a listing page or blog directory. The directory themes that I found are either for businesses or classified things. I want one for blogs only. Would appreciate any help!

why not just get a wordpress directory theme?

I haven't found a theme, where users can register with their blog feed, but only create posts. I want them to be able to register their blog feed once. Or do you have any other suggestions?
