Blog comments still works great

Hey Guys,

There are lot of discussions happening whether using blog comments are good for money site, i would say it still plays major role and gives good punch in SERP........

But My recommendation:

Need not be Niche specific but post related comments which will stay as long as blog stays so u get traffic and link juice.
Always mix up PR like PR1, PR2, PR3, PR4 etc.,
Dont dont ever blast money site(your site) directly with scrapbox, tested and banned for one of my testing sites but but you can blast for tier2.0 links which gives good boost as well.
Always prefer Do-follow but you can mix 10% of nofollow as well which still gives good value to links.
Use at-least 20 to 30% generic anchors which plays major role after recent panda update.

Results:
We brought major high competitive keywords to top yesterday and analyzed blog comments gave great punch though there were web2.0 and doc sites with high quality links.
The great advantage is you can see immediate results but i would recommend to drip your comments for may be 5 to 10 days based on the volume.There are good lists shared in BHW, you can comment yourself or you can choose any of quality BST services(Ofcourse i offer myself

Always prefer Do-follow but you can mix 10% of nofollow as well which still gives good value to links.

Blast links to tiered sites, buy manually blog post to relevant sites in your niche using generic kw or names not money site keyword it's, if you want build with money site do the manually blog commenting, 20 % work on blog commenting its good for footprint track.

Yup this technique works very well ....
I use blogger... in blog ppst comment section... enable anonymous comment so any people can comment easily.... specially this gives a url and name before user comment on your blog post... in the url pr1,2 3 sites are useful...
As my blog was 5 days old just did this trick and got 5 ranking in specific keyword search on google...

I use blog comments to index my tier 2s and 3s. I don't know if its passing any juice or not. I just find a combination of bookmark/blog comment/wiki really helps index those higher tiers.

No we do mostly do-follow and small mix of nofolllow.

that's true use them for money site as well, but follow what i mentioned in my thread.

Blog comments will always work(they are a important part of the backlinks diversity strategy). We just need to adjust the strategy after google updates, that's all. D0follow high pr blog comments are very good. But make sure that the blog comments sections are not paginated.

Also I have some good results in the last months with drip blasts on tier 2 composed by web 2.0 with 100% unique content+images+video etc.

One thing that I want to mention. Op stated

I think you should aim for at least 50%-60% generic keywords + brand keywords + striped links.

Is there any way to mass check if the blogs comments are do-f0ll0w, with scrapebox or something? I find that really almost all of the ones I scrape are no follow (and I find by blasting test sites and checking in majesticSEO or ahrefs), especially the high PR ones.

most blogs have the rel "nofollow" almost automated, so how you get "********" backlinks? Where to search?. A question for you guys, when i start my linkbuilding i got to made Money Site Backlinks Manually? then blast the tier 1 backlinks? or maybe i should try a tier2 and then blast? any sugestion?
