which one of this better with the help of ad posting tool or the manual posting.

At this point in your case, it doesn't matter what you use since you don't seem to have a minor understandment of how do they work.I would suggest you first find out how do they work, for what are they good and how blog owners see them.
 
@Archard i am littile confused that manually posting is better then the tool or not ?
 
If I tell you yes, will you take my word for it? If I tell you no, how will you know I am telling the truth? Do you own a blog / website already? What type of comments do you usually approve? That should answer your question.
 
I would suggest you manual posting
because I got good effects form manual post compare to tool one
 
I think you can use GSA for blog commenting only better result

Always go manual. Spamming is bad and Google can seriously penalize your domain, which in the end won't be worth it.
 
Of course mannual posting is the best. I use blogger, I have about 5 fake accounts I use to boost comments and the organic one flows
 
According to me manual blog commenting is effective. Why? because I can drop website links on the blogs which are related to niche.
 
Depends on your budget. Automated is typically cheaper, but if you can afford some semi competent VA, manual all the way.
