how to build do-follow blog commenting list? i am tired of buying lists from here and other forums

You can find lots of them easily on Here, If you are looking less OBL blogs, then better to research yourself.
You can use commentlov search engine for commentlov links

Commentluv is a nice option. Just be careful when commenting though. They are blacklisting urls.
