Whell if you comment many blogs you will benefit from their pr and rankings
but it also depends if its do follow or no follow link

Simply, 'do-follow' links are crawl-able by the search engines and will redirect the human visitors as well. SEs don't crawl no-follow links. Only human visitors can follow them.
