Blog Comment vs Forum Posts?

Which one is better to boost the ranking in google, Blog Comments or Forum Posts???

It all depends, if you're commenting on related blogs, then those links will pass some value to your site. Same as with forum POSTS (not profiles), if you can write a post related to your niche, and link to your money site from there, they certainly will pass value.

Blog comments on non-related blogs aren't worth that much though, you just need to do them in high volumes. Same with forum profiles...

In my experience, I had, and still has good results with forums (profiles and posts) regardless of whether it is relevant, with PR or is even related to the niche. Blasting to a ton of profiles using an aged domain (acting as a doorway to MS) is the best technique I have been doing and it works. Of course I dont ping the profile links, I let it get crawled for that natural indexing effect.
