Blog Comment...Disqus and OpenID

Hi. I'm not trying to spam a bunch of sites, but I do tend to leave comments on blogs and want to be able to have a link to my site. I've noticed that some folks seem to inclue their URL and others have links to their Disqus or OpenID profiles. Anyone have any advice about which platform to go with and how to make it where the link goes straight to your site rather than your profile on another site?

Also, do comments on these more sophisticated blog commenting platforms get indexed in the first place?

I think they are wrapped in JS, so don't help for SEO purposes anyway.
