Blog and Email Creation Tools(?)

I'm not in the field so not looking for anything professional quality but I collect email addresses and blog names.

I recently had to wipe my PC and lost the software I was using to make them in batches. Does anyone have some recommendations for some free ones. I don't need them in the thousands but to be able to add a list of a few dozen would be nice
