Blog 2.0 and pbn

Hi,
I have created 10 expired domain with fresh content, and created 10 blog 2.0 also with unique and fresh content !
My question is : is it safe to use these blog 2.0 on level one (link directly to money site) or put them in level 2 and they link to my expired domain
Also wich strategy/tool you gonna use to boost these blog 2.0 and make them more authoritarian

Directly to money site no problem. Feel free to boost them with GSA, cheaper PBN links etc. That's basically an evergreen tactic.

But boost level 1 with GSA could make it spamy ? thats why im asking if it's more safe to put them in level 2 ^^

Well you are supposed to boost web 2.0s, so that's tier 2. You don't have to spam them senselessly. Smart, controlled, contextual spam is just fine.

No, Scrapebox cannot do such a thing. This is an entirely basic technique, which has been covered here on the forum at least 20 times. Seach please and don't be lazy.
