Blocking IP's for a specific County?

Hi all, I know it is possible to block individual IP's and country based IP's but i want to block one county in England from viewing my site (this is because of a stupid b1tch that wants to take my site down because i have the same name)

so is it possible?

I tried to find something on google but i just get did you mean country

You could block her IP range, which will be her ISP in that area I presume. However she could just visit you from a different ISP. How intelligent is this b1tch?

How far is the range? I want to block out whole of Essex

She is pretty dumb and sh1t at web design that's why she wants to get my superior site down haha.

I remember this from your other post. What has she threatened you with now? I know she has the ltd company but she only set that up last November. I can see from the who is that you could both claim to have a reasonable right to use the initials.
I would just ignore her unless she calls in the legals. You could always try and negotiate a deal with her to pass over any Essex based enquiries!
