I found website that is somehow blocking "back button" when clicked from Google results but only for the first time!

You need to clear cookies and cache every time you want to reproduce it or it will not work!
I tested it with latest version of IE and Chrome - on two different machines. It's NOT working for me with latest version of Firefox.

1. Go to Google
2. Write "microsoft webutation" without quotation marks
3. Visit first link with domain webutation .info ( it has star rating)
4. Wait for page to fully load.

Now try to go back to SERP with backspace or back button. Not working for you too, right?

How is it possible? Anyone heard about it?
I'm writing it because I red about term SERP bounce (not bounce rate) as one of Google's ranking factor.

He probably does a first redirect to another internal page. When you hit back, it takes you to the first page, which redirects again to the internal page.

PS. Don't out specific keywords. We don't want to work for google here for free.

This seems to be something different than redirects. Because browser is not sending any http requests and is not receiving any http responses when clicking on back button.
