Every day, I am getting shaved by thousands of pageviews by Adblock users. If Analytics and Statcounter are both reporting say 10,000 pageviews, Adsense is only reporting 8,000. Is there any way or script I could use to make them turn off Adblocker first?

adblock usually turns off the javascript. You can make hidden field on your page then set its value in javascript. Then check the value of the hidden field in php to determine whether javascript is turned off or not in user's browser.
