Blocked to Like someone from phone

I'm using followliker and when I try to like someone I have errors.
So I tested manually from my phone and I get this message.

If I like someone with the same account but connected from a browser it's working . On phone it doesn't .
Any suggestion please?

Let the account cool down for a day or two.

Yes you should rest your account for 24-48 hours
It happened to me before

I have few accounts very old with around 7-12k followers. But I didn't use them for almost 2 year. I will follow your advice.
