blocked from seeing Adwords

I seem to be having a problem where I'm trying to seen Adwords for a certain search term but for some reason certain advertisers are blocked from my browser.

I'm using residential proxies and rotating user agents and clearing the cache. As I have read thats the best way to see Adwords without getting logged.

this is not for clicking on the links, just viewing so we can monitor whats happening and see why are cpc is so high. I've tried google sera and other Adwords tools but I just can't see the ads. I can see other advertisers and they show up on mobile results in certain areas.

the proxy company say its impossible but they sure are blocking them.

over tried multiple browsers and multiple pc's mac's but nothing will work

It is maybe dumb question, but why not use Ad Preview tool inside Adwords?

yes I have tried that but I still can't see the adverts. I know they are advertising as my colleagues can see them
