Blocked from mentions @ and comment replies on Instagram

Hello,

Owner of a page of 600.000 followers in the motivational niche here.

For the last month or so I am constantly getting blocked from mentioning people in the post captions with @ or replying to the comments that followers leave on my posts (as they include the @ and their username too).

I may do 10 mentions in the captions of my posts and 3 comment replies at my posts and then I am blocked for 24 hours (usually it's more).

Any idea what's going on? Tried a different device, tried getting new IP from the ISP, trying using only mobile data. Trying checking the recent logins and it's all good. Tried changing the password. Tried pausing posts for a few days. I've made several support tickets for the issue but I never received any replies from the support.

I understand that this could happen if the IP is bad/datacenter proxy or if the account is spammy but none of those is the case here.

Account status is perfect, no copyright or any kind of violations and I do reach explore/hashtags. Everything is green in the "account status" tab.

Any tips or ideas on how to prevent or fix further blocks are very welcome as this situation is driving me crazy.

Why can't you help him here, so we can all read your solutions? Why does he need to reach you on TG, when you have a platform right here built for discussing these issues and helping people out?

To the Op:

You abused the system at some point and now you're paying for it. You might have also been reported a number of times and that triggered limitations. Pause your actions for a month or so. There's really nothing you can do about this. I used to get action blocked on a daily basis, had to confirm my identity through selfie multiple times and the blocks only went away after i completely changed my behaviour on the platform.

well as you were told could be for busing the system, or for healthy limitations, you can get in contact with customer support, so they can provide you more details about what is happening and check if they can remove this for you and allow you to mention more people.
