blocked from hashtags ( ? shadow banned ? )

okay so i have two accounts. . .

they are both blocked from using hashtags on the recently posted section , and none of them are blocked hashtags. i can’t possible get to the top 9 now :-( i’m about to make a new account. i’ve tried spamming that report a problem > something isn’t working button every day and it didn’t do anything.

any fix ? any feedback would b appreciated thx

I saw some information about shadow ban, Remember that Instagram wants "creative content" more than spam hahaha, for that reason I think that you have "shadow ban"

In some videos a saw some recomendations (maybe everbody know it):

• Don't use more than 5 hashtags
• Use the hashtags in the image caption
• Don't use the same 5 hashtags in all images
• If you make some comment, try to write more than 5 words
• The first 45-60 minutes after upload your image are the most important, in that time, instagram decide if your image gain reach or not. Try to get interactions from your audience. In that interaction, must be present 4+ word per comment, likes and save.

Before join here, I had low engagement in a personal hobbie instagram account, and practicing all that I wrote, everyday reach more audience.
