Blocked from following

Instagram blocked me from following. How do I know for how long?

Follow a random person using your phone and it should tell you how long you are blocked for. Usually 24-48 hours. If it doesn't say, you will just have to check once a day to see if your ban has been lifted.

Does it really say?
I never get a message... I click follow, the button turns green "following" and then automatically it gets back to grey "follow".

Sometimes when I reach the follow limit I get a 10 min block, other times when I'm unfollowing with FL I get this 24 block.
However, when this happens I still can follow some users via Iconosquare.

i saw a hint to this when if you go to the explore page and then when you have the block usually there is a follow button on top of the picture and when you have the block there should be no follow button and then if you're unblock after a while you start to see the follow button again that is when i know iam unblocked and usually it takes only 6 to 8 hours but for better success I would wait 1 to 2 days or maybe a week.

Where you using any software when following? If you were, then were you using the delay settings also? Is this your first time getting blocked from following? where you using any third party websites/apps to do the following?
