Blocked from following since 07/28

Hey guys.

So yeah I am blocked from following since 07/28, i am a little worried that it is 30 days block or it will last forever. Did you have this kind of problems and what should I do? I have been blocked for 1 and 2 days, but never that long. Thanks in advice.

Maybe you should let your account rest without doing ANYTHING at all for 24-48 hours and see if it gets unblocked.

Were you using high settings in FL or some other service?

Happened to me too, I just deleted that accs from FL and changed the settings with a lower ones.

I am not using FL or any other bots at the moment, I was following people manually. I did not add URL.

I am still blocked and I do not know If I am temporary blocked or I should just create another account.

I dont know how many people you are following but this happens to me sometimes, what I do is say Iam following 7000 and cannot follow no more than that so I unfollow 100 and from now on that would be your new follow limit so that mean you cannot follow no more than 6900 and to able to follow more you will have to unfollow and from this date you do this it should last for 1 month or so and then it should be lifted, I assume its because you followed people who are on private that is why you may have the block.

Unfollowed more than 300, but still not able to follow. Should I try to go down to zero or make a new account instead and don't waste time on this one?

maybe email them what happened with your account in the help support in instagram or in the app itself and let the account to rest for a week without refreshing it and if you want you could make a new account that you can use until it is fixed, who knows maybe they will fix it, for sure I think it is 1 to 2 days of waiting the least.
