blocked from advertising on FB

i just went to try a bit of advertising for a page i am looking to promoteand have this msg at the top of page in fb when i go to the campaigns link

i have never advertised from this account b4 anyone know why it would be blocked?

IP block or Credit Card block - I've never seen this but it's gotta be one of the 2.

Is this a page you made or did you buy the page. Also, were your friends sending CPA offers down your wall?
Too much of this will get the page locked for sure.
If non of the above, then I would agree its a IP or CC issue here.
 
it cant be ip because i can advertise from dif accounts np just not my main which i never create pages with but do get added as admin after creation

pages made by me
also i can advertise from fake account on same pages so it aint the end of the world

just cant figure out why my main account is showing this i have never spammed from it or done anything out of the otdinary except i have been admin on pages that have been deleted but none for spamming
 
did you use a VCC to sign up for fan page promotion? what type of CC did you use? you could try a different one like you wife's or a friends
 
Yup I second that. It could be IP or maybe some issues on what you were advertising?
