So, this morning I found myself totally action blocked. (I can use the app, look at others stories and photos, but can't comment/like/reply to my comment).
Funny thing is that I wrote a reply to a comment I received and it was working normally. About two hours later I went to like a photo and I got the message "you shouldn't use tools to help yourself getting followers or likes. blocked until 1th of November".
It's pretty weird: I've got some spam message in the past when I was commenting too much, but it was always right after doing it and for a way shorter time. Now it literally come out from nowhere.
Is there anything I can try to get their attention? I tried to report with the application buy I know they rarely care...and I don't want to get blocked for so long time, for no reason.
