Blocked for 3rd p.sites

I used my bot/script a bit to much and i liked to many pictures and get temp banned for webstagram. i can still like pics on instagram but not on 3rd partner sites like webstagram. how long can i wait to like again, or can i bypass the ban?

Happened to me on Iconosquare. Has not been 24 hours but I am still blocked on 3rd party. Following thread.
