In the last few months i'm being blocked a lot by google ads, I insert several virtual cards and none of them works, I'm always blocked by suspicious payments, if I use paypal or some other form of manual payment, will I be blocked too? Remembering that all the accounts I create have different IDs and at the moment I'm using MCC's

In 99.99% of Google Ads account suspensions where it shows as suspended due to suspicious payment, in reality it has nothing to do with the card, payment method or billing.

Ok, but what should i do? switch to manual payments, switch my VCC cards?

Suspended due to suspicious payment, in 99.99% of cases, HAS NOTHING to do with card, payment, billing VCC or payment method, no need to change these.
 
check out your domain too for whois... Also, you should try mobile device too.

After one ban acc on mcc, others accs with 90% go ban after setup campaign. On this mcc u cant create good acc with active ads. Try use antidetect browser with proxy. Rent gmail acc in your friend and create new physical debit card. If u do that I promise you, you will 100% run active ads. Or buy acc with spend
 
You need a new I.P. Address, New Card With Different Billing Address and a New Fresh Email Account. Try to use a Dedicated RDP/Windows VPS for I.P. Remember Google Ads doesnt blacklist names because different people tend to have the same name, they only blacklist your I.P address and your Billing Address. So try to request a new physcial debit from your bank and then once you receive card in the mail. Ask them to change the billing address to whatever address you want them to. I hope this helps you out.
