I accessed my blockchain.com account and it says the follow message.

It seems that I can only access these funds from another account beginning by with b1a.

I’m not sure I can access this account anymore?

Any ideas how I can get at these funds?

Do you have the seed code written somewhere ? or saved somewhere ?

i think you have to disconnect it on the other wallet before connecting to this, have you contacted support?

they have live chat option i n exchange ,i was able to use it they all ask for registered name and email,i dont know the name i registered with them ,there wasnt an option too check my info so i vasnt able to acess the live chat help

This seems very sketchy, I hope you wrote down the seed and have access to it. Have heard so many troublesome issues with Blockchain, especially when you leave it to their wallet without owning your own private keys.
