I'm a Ruby on Rails developer, I've been thinking of this idea of a decentralised bank built on binance smart chain, the bank will issue debit cards to all users, the bank will have its own native token to be used on the platform for all transaction. I need partners who are software developers, marketers, graphics/meme designer, community manager.

Just comment below the team you would like to belong to and let's pull this together.

nonsense.....in 1-2 years all money will be directly from central banks.Banks are not needed anymore
 
Well I know photoshop and know how to handle Instagram account since I do it for my ecommerce business. Other than that not sure how I can help you. But am an active crypto trader.

That is exactly the issue.
The world needs an alternative to Visa or MasterCard. A decentralized gateway payment solution for merchants and buyers.

:D Nah. It doesn't work that way. Although the world will eventually phase some things out, methinks banks too will adapt to the new reality, and will still stay relevant in some capacity.

To say banks will be completely phased out in 2 years is a bit of a stretch, blockchain or not.

Banks are not needed anymore.There is a reason why banks splitted into customer banks and investment banks and sold all their property and are renting now only or giving franchise.
They already prepared to kick away the customer bank part.

As far as I know El-Salvador doesnt own Visa and Mastercard.

I've worked in development for 2 ventures and had the same issues. Created the platform but we couldn't market it effectively so interested to know more about the marketing.
