If my new follower does not like my post then I block them . (trying to avoid ghost followers , bots or people that just follow without liking posts)

What do you guys think ?

It's a good idea but do you need to monitoring this guy for some hours to confirm it - I recommend 24~48 hours. Remember that some good bot's that like you after follow, so... In large scale it's require a good machine and routine to sustain this.

Yeah I used to do this weekly/bi-weekly to keep engagement up.

Best way I found is to scrape users who liked last 5-6 posts then compare that list to followers within excel. Then use excel to identify those that don't repeat. Then export list to your automation tool to remove those followers

This is one method for checking new following
