Block sites in Google Search (Potential for bumping off competition?)

So have a look at this self explainatory screenshot



So any1 up to add one of these sites i have blocked in my account, and try a stress test to see how many blocks does it take to permanently bump off a website from google search??

(ps the sites im trying to block are for personal reasons (they spoil my sites ranking and steal my music and content)) - i am not encouraging any1 to do the same to these websites. we can settle on a dummy site which we create this stress test (although id love to see these mofos down)

Why dont you buy 100 google accounts on fiverr, and then simply automate it

so what do you think? very soon google search engine will be useless.. all the rec labels, movie studios will block torrent sites as soon as they find them,, syndicates to report pirate sites and effectively block them from search engines, enabling the audiences to never find content at all.. it could go a level deeper and even block all sites that advertise search engines that enable such searches (for ex., ***** could be blocked which is the only place i found which advts for alt search engine duckduckgo) .. age of information lockdown by politicians... doooom

google might manually review the site if enough people block it. sure they thought of this as negative seo already.

im looking to find out what exactly "enough people" amounts to.. looking for a moderator level exercise to do a "stress-test" here for benefit of all!!
