This made me laugh. Matt Cutts takes too much pleasure from messing with other people's money and time. Especially because increasingly Google is less and less accurate in any search term regardless of SEO.

It would be a nice touch if a message could be sent to the person letting them know they are blocked and why.

I know what I would say: "Your messing with my (and others) business, and offer your ass to the NSA any chance you get"

A lot of BS lies come out of Matt Cutts mouth. Blocking/ignoring him is a wise call.

PS: Don't just stop with blocking Matt Cutts. Block Adsense, Analytics, Adwords and all of Google's other trojan horses from gaining access to your data/personal info and screwing up your life. Install an adblocker too to kill Google's evil data collecting JavaScript code that is on most websites out there.

Google is the digital anti-christ.
