Block Download Requests Section To 0 Post Newbies

I would like to suggest blocking the Downloads Requests section to:
1) Members with under 20 posts;
2) Members that have joined within 30 days.

3/4 threads I have seen today from 0 post members requesting absolutely shite DP products. These guys are clogging up the forum.

I think the download section must be invisible for users with under than 50 post or newer than 30 days.

I agree, at least give them some time to post useful content before requesting stuff to DL
