hey guys

i am in a very movies related niche where i am getting dmca on daily basis
while checking on the lumen database
i found that most are from
rulta which is send the dmca
now they have automatic bots which crawls the site and send the dmca
now i want to block such bots from crawling.
So can you guys suggest how to do this.

I am using cloudflare here. let me know this can be helpful here.

They're scanning your website on daily basis looking for new/Updated URLs. I'm not sure how to block it though but i hope somebody can help

correct so thats why if we can block it from crawling so i can get less dmca notice

It is a good idea, but you need to find somehow their User Agents or IP's.

have you considered making your own videos?

Maybe if you did that the DMCA will stop.

Lets say you build a blocker based on UA and IP, All they need to do is change it and you are back to square one.

Everlasting headache at what cost?

Everything has long been invented and implemented with dmca protection.

All automated bots that do not use real devices and real ISPs are blocked in one move.

The net is full of descriptions about it.

Another thing, if complaints come from bots that use IPs of real ISPs and real device profiles - they are no different from humans and you won't be able to recognize them quickly.
