Hey were you able to find a good virgin proxy provider? I saw your other message you posted in 2015 about how to check if a virgin proxy is really a virgin proxy

Just get a residential dsl account. Hook the dsl modem into a network switch. Hook all your computers to that switch. Now every time you disconnect and reconnect any of those computers that computer will get a new ip address from your ISP's subnet. So every computer will have its own ip independent of each other pc. I know this works because I use it all day every day.

um im a bit of a noob. are there tutorials online on how to do this? and if you do this it guarantees that it won't be flagged by ig already?

There is never a guarentee because your isp only has so many ip addresses. However, 99.9% of my ip address are not blocked. Just don't abuse them. Also keep in mind all the ips will be in the same subnet. Its a simple thing. take cord form modem plug into switch plug pc into switch... two cords two plugs.
I am sure you have seen rotating residential proxies for sale on here? This is the method they use to get those ip's for you.
