Hey had a question for the clickbank guru's here. I was looking at my reporting stats for today, and it said I had 2 sales, but when I look into my account I've only been credited for once. This happened once before to me and i never got credited. Is clickbank being shady? Or just an honest mistake.

Having said this clickbank has been VERY good to me. Without clickbank theres no telling where id be now. Thanks in advance for the help!

The credit card that was used during one of the sales was probably stolen or on the lines of something like that.

Maybe your sale .. (the one who bought the product) made/requested a refund? ;)

I assume that because you are making some money with CB that you're not a newbie but just in case it never occurred to you... the first thing that comes to my mind is that it may simply be a case of having a past sale refunded.

I would ask you if you've check the Analytics report, specifically the Refund Count column?

I've sold millions in CB products and never had an issue, so highly doubt you've been a victim of anything nefarious.

Cheers.

Thanks for the replies. No its definitely not a refund. Clickbank doesnt take refunds off of the current weeks money, but it takes refunds out of your next check (mine is weekly) And the product I promote has a VERY low refund %. Anyway click has been good to me, just wondering if anyone else has had this experience as well

Regards

it seems he has the same problem as you

I experience the same problem too. It happens since last week and still happening today.

Do you mean you've had 2 order form submits and only one was credited as a sale?

If this is the case, what it means is that the other submit was someone who filled in invalid data while filling out the order form or his credit card was declined and the transaction didn't go through.

If this isn't the case, I seriously don't know what's wrong. Been using Clickbank for almost 3 years now, and have never had a problem with them that isn't explained on their site.

Hope that helps

I thought I was certain that Clickbank was shaving awhile back, but it was just a result of my marketing habits being out of whack.

I'd just send a quick email to their support team and see what's going on.
