Blanking referrer (DMR)

Hey BHW, thanks for all the good content found around on this forum. I'm about to start a BH campaign and therefore I have been trying to learn how to blanking my referrer. I wanted to ask if anyone could provide a link or point me in the right direction of a guide how to do so. As far as I understand a meta refresh technique is a discouraged method of instructing a web browser to automatically refresh the current web page. How simple is this with very little to no understanding of coding?

Take the new link and your referrer is hidden.
