try to use another brower or anything else like that. maybe this happen because of adblock
 
In my opinion the problem might be region related. Try switching device or IP address and in case of white page just open it again or check again at another time

just change the ip address, it often happens, I've had it because of the IP address.
 
Try adding another profile to your account to add the card
