Ok, so I am now going to post the outcome to my conversation with Ryan Eagle.
So a few days ago I woke up to a missed IM thru aim as well as an email from Ryan asking me to get a hold of him. So I did thru chat.
He had figured out who I was (thru my post, and my chats with my AM). He asked me what my issues were and wanted to clear them up right away.
So I explained that my issues were never against him personally, it was strictly based on the facts. Here are the facts for my situation;
1.) Was not paid on time (this is what started it all).
2.) My AM (although really nice) kept telling me it would either be that day, or tomorrow repeatedly (I believe that is what he was told).
3.) When I contacted Ryan he also stated the next day, then never responded to anymore IM's from me
4.) When I posted the questions on Facebook about when I was getting paid, my comments were deleted instead of answered.
5.) Ryans post here on BHW basically stating that I was lying, and so was everyone else, and it was a personal attack against him and that everyone is always paid on time. (this was posted on WF as well).
6.) stating everyone has been paid that should have been paid.
So, after a very long chat with him, and going over those points. Here is the resutls;
1.) Was told it was a problem they were having and it won't be happening again. (OK, shit happens, but next time it would be nice for a newsletter to go out immediately explaining the situation.)
2.) AM was awesome towards me and I truely believe he was stating what he was told. Ryan stated that the problem was never escalated and that my AM was "talked to" about it. I cannot comment whether that is true or not, however, I did try to message the "higher up" AM and Ryan and did not receive a response via chat. Granted I did not email them... so the blame cannot fully be on Blam for the communication from the higher ups if what Ryan is stating is true.
3.) Please read #2
4.)This was never addressed when I brought it up, it was usually in conjunction with other things, and only the other things were answered. Not cool, but not that big of deal.
5.) Ryan explained to me why he thought that I was full of it... I understand why, but it was not an excuse to post that without at least finding out the situation. He agreed that he may have jumped the gun a little. But Ryan also is very proud and sort of a jerk (at least that is the impression I got from his words thru chat), which is completely fine because I am the same way at work when I am the boss. I personally would have handled it a little different, but everybody is different. So for that, I don't agree with him, but to each is their own.
6.) Ryan stated everyone that deserves to be paid, has, and the rest are people who are trying to scam his company (or something like that). I don't know the situations, I just know my traffic was legit and approved thru AM when I started, and I have since been paid.
So that pretty much raps it up. All in all, Ryan did make me feel better about Blam, not necessarily him, but Blam. But he did do something small for me which was nice. I also let him know that I have completely stopped sending any traffic to Blam until the next pay day to see if payments go out on a time or not. As well as I told him that I am still skeptical to work an entire month just to wait 2 more weeks after that to see if I get paid for the future, and I had received the newsletter stating that one of the things AM's could do is bump me up to weekly payouts and that would make me feel more secure to continue to try them out, but he stated that weekly payouts are only for people who make $15k a month.
So, as of right now, I like Blamads, their offers are pretty decent, my AM has been great and never avoided me, but unless I get weekly payouts, I am probably going to pass on using them for now. But if they offered me weekly payouts, I would give them another shot for sure.
If you have questions, or need a referral to who I use (dollarade) or even Blam, or just want more info, feel free to PM me.
I hope this follow up helped and I hope everyone who hasnt been paid yet, or is supposed to get paid soon, does.
