Blacklisted by trustpilot

I had some reviews posted on my site and now Trustpiloted posted a screen saying
that I had posted fake reviewers and warning people. Has anyone had any luck
this removed. It is killing my business

Warnings are automatic and should go away by their own after a specific organic activity is reached and suspicious activity is stopped.

Hmm, are you 100 per cent true it wasn't via employees? Previous or current. They do look into things. I'd look at who has access to your computers to start with.

Trustpilot is more of a service crowdsource gathering to be fair.

Why do you know/think it is failing/harming you? If you post the url I can have a look.
