What is the quickest and most effective way to blacklist my own domain so that the outgoing emails are filtered into the spam box. Don't ask me why...

How would I go about adding it to spamhaus?

Buy a cheap email list and spam it. You will be blacklisted in no time.

But remember your IP also get burned not just domain, so be careful what you ask for

You can send emails to Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail accounts you control, and report the emails there. Of course based on the content of the email it will go to Spam or not in the future.

The simple way is to use PHP and build a small script.

It will still need a large number of such reports to get into blacklist, not just few spam reports. Such reports will trigger only the spam filters of the mail servers and not exactly a report is filed with spam database unless there are large number of such emails hitting the spam trap in a short period of time.
