Blackhatworld Loading Speed

Hi, I noticed currently that this site "blackhatworld" is loading so slow. Anybody notices about the issue?

I'd recommend a reboot and clearing cookies as this often helps. Also check your speed to first cf hop to see if there are any issues there https://speed.cloudflare.com/ then report to your ISP?
