BHW is full of opportunities to the professionals but a little bit confusing to the new ones.

I would request BHW Management to launch an official video course for the forum users on how to get the most out of it.

It should include the 'A to Z' introduction of all the forums, selling marketplace, emails, giveaways, ads on BHW, membership advantages etc.

It will not only create tons of opportunities for all the BHW users but can also triple the revenue for BHW itself.

I hope other users will endorse this action on my thread.

Don't we have a subsection completely dedicated to helping new and old users get started and understand BHW's features?

There was a point many years ago where a video guide was being created. However, the project was scrapped as the forum moved to Xenforo. Things further changed when the forum upgraded to Xenforo 2.0, and things will change once again with each subsequent update. As for the revenue estimate you've provided, these types of decisions are data-driven by our team.

@xReminisce summarised this well: we have the newbie guide section for this. Sure, it's not as engaging as a video can be (because a poorly video will not make the content easier to consume), but as it's easy to update, it mostly remains up to date with any changes to the forum.
