Just because he is doing business with you doesn't mean he is a full-time business man. He could have a full-time job or be busy in school. You have to wait at least a couple of days before you try to ruin someone's reputation. How would you like it you had a business and a family emergency came up and when all was settled you come back to find out that your reputation has been tarnished? A lot of people have been jumping the gun lately it seems like the guys doing the tasks for members are going to have to start researching their customers now to see if the have a good reputation.
And because you say "just saying he may be a scammer" makes me want to say"you may be an idiot".
