So I have a fb group which I used to use it to share my site. Only admins can post in the group. I usually see these weird shares by members with nsfw thumbs to either phishing site or to made for adsns site after multiple redirects. This is understandable. But yesterday I have noticed a post that has a different kind of redirects:

goo.gl -> someother-site-1-> someother ->site-2->search-result of google->final tour related website

when trying to access each of the sites, they don't redirect (return error 500) probably because of referrer...

my question is, is it safe to use the search result in this case to make the traffic appear organic? Is it a common thing? I have thought about it in the past but I thought I can't fool google.
